I finally got Scyl (she is my 2nd lego), first was Cillian the Lucky and of course I did not use my lego books on him, so I have some saved up. Should I use them on her or is she good for dungeons without books?
She's fine without books, her awesome passive isn't affected by books at all. Books will mainly increase her stunning, but that was never the main point of Scyl for me anyway, the main point is being a dungeon carry with her constant heals and her revives in case it's ever needed. If you need so many revives that you need that cooldown reduced, you're probably doing something wrong with the rest of the team.
Save your books, she doesn't need them to do her job.

For me it was great improvement when I booked her revive and a2. Much better controll, and faster revives which can be very helpful in places such as nether spider.
Agree, obv better with books. But scyl does not need. Other legos will be much improved with the books, whereas scyl can be used unbooked everywhere with great success. I didn't use a lego book for my first 6 months playing, most valuable commodity in the game should be used wisely.

I absolutely love Scyl and think she is slightly OP :). If you're not sure, maybe build her up and use her for awhile because while there is much advice to be given on here, at the end of the day you will be building your champs how you want them, and developing your own strategies.
like most champs she has Cooldowns which I think are a great improvement for her, if you want to pick up your teammates faster, then absolutely book her. I remember While I was entirely F2P up until around the 210 day mark, I saved every Lego book minus 2 of them just for her. I was infatuated with her kit about my 7th day in playing the game :)
No books needed imo, Don't die as often and u Don't need cooldown reduction ;)

It largely depends on what you want to use her for. As a reviver she doesn't really need them, but if your goal is to use her as CC, then yeah she will. Personally I left mine unbooked.
Booking at least her A2 and A3 for me made a difference. Fully booked in good relentless gear gives me super reliable crowd control and revive. Use her in most of my DT and dungeons teams.

She always felt like a luxury book option to me, or if you really just have nothing else to book. Overgearing her and relying on the passive is where she makes her money, so to speak.
