there are no functioning promo codes and the feature never should have been put into a game without them as it only serves to create chaos and disappointment. I guess it's a preparation device for the rng's and the odds of pulling decent champs. Fairly abysmal searching for either.

There  are  currently  no  promotion  codes  available.  The  promotion  code  feature  that  was  just  implemented  is  in  preparation  for  future  releases.
