A number of you purchased limited-time 2 for 1 offers in the Shop yesterday, but didn’t receive your extra pack.

That was due to a visual bug on our side: the offer had actually expired earlier, but it was still shown as live and valid in the shop interface for an extra hour or so.

That’s completely our fault, so don’t worry – everyone who purchased a 2 for 1 pack during that time will be two packs on top of the purchased one.

If you’re one of the people affected by this and don’t receive your pack, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team and speak to us directly.
