As for your problem, we here cannot help. Someone needs to take a look at your account which we on the forum cannot. You need to file a bug report here for the Support to try to help you.
The ticketing system is, sadly, not very bright, and you have to provide your info precisely as it asks you to.
IMO, the easiest way is to copy your ID string by clicking on it in the bottom left part of the Help window (blurred here):
Then paste it in the "Your game ID or coordinates:" box and delete everything except the `pp<number>` part (the one between the first and the second slash). Don't leave any extra spaces.
