The button to switch between servers is missing when I log in. Is this permanent or just a momentary problem? Thanks.

Same problem here .... luckily the Browser can be used to switch (My Library/start different server)
The button is missing on both the App and Brower ...

Update: although it seems a workaround, it is not. I am stuck on the same server no matter which server I select.
This is bad news !

Doesn't work from "My library" for my test account. I dare not reload my main.
It's a technical issue. I'll let you guys know when I have more info.

They have confirmed tha it's fixed and should be ok now. Please, let us now if it persists for you.
Don't forget to switch to the right map, if the first one ("The Pirate Bay") is not your usual one.
