With this little info, we cannot.

For starters, when did he join the BH? Also, did you check in your memberlist that he has the permission to take pardons?

If all checks out, we'll need to know who he is to have the Support look into it. Please, either provide his ID string (he can get it by clicking on it in the bottom left of the Help window) or specify which platform (Plarium (app included) or FB), server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait), and coordinates he's playing at.

I didn't forget about you. I asked before my CM went away for the weekend, and the Support is still on it. I think they had some issues with another game (or games), so their backlog might be a bit longer than usually. Apologies for the long wait.

Please suggest your mates submitting ticket requests and give you the number. In your turn, you can leave ticket numbers here, so we could check the issue further.
