Let me clarify, as I don't fully understand. You have two potions of level 10 of the same kind, and when you mix them, you do NOT get level 11... does one just disappear or what else happens to them?

Already had lvl 1 to lvl 8 wrath plus 1 lvl 10 in my alchemists shop. opened enough barrels to get enough potions to be able to combine them to achieve 5 lvl 8's. Did this by combining 2 only each time as suspected I never get beyond lvl 10 when chosing "mix all". Watched to make sure I recieved 1 lvl 2 from mixing 2 lvl 1's, 1 lvl 3 from 2 lvl 2's and so on. This went fine until I tried to combine 2 of the lvl 8's. I didn't get a lvl 9, i needed 2 to mix into a lvl 10 which I would mix with my existing lvl 10 to get to lvl 11, did  however deduct 2 of the lvl 8's. Tried again and the same thing happened. Did the same thing on Resistance (no lvl 10 but I did have several up to lvl 9) same thing, got to lvl 8 but when mixed 2 lvl 8's didn't get a second lvl 9 to mix into a lvl 10. Decided to to press "mix all on the remaining potions but none of my potions went beyond lvl 10 and hav'nt for quite a while copy sent by message

also managed to get youngest child to show me how to cut/paste alchemist shop as it is now lol.  As you can see most of my lower lvl wrath and resistance potions are gone as I used them mixing them to get enough lvl 8 ones

Sorry for the late reply, so, at this point, I can see you have no Potions available for mixing. 
Thus, it is quite difficult to test the issue, however, preliminary tests show that the mixing feature works fine. 

Once you have two Potions of level 10 available for mixing, please submit a ticket request and we will track the whole issue.
