Just one thing to check, to help The Support... The gifts expire after 2 or 3 days (I think). Were you maybe away from the game when the gifts were being given?

no sir i was not i was on almost every day developing my new haven .. however i was disgusted over the matter at hand and didn't log on for a few days but i don't belive any of them were during the time that  the gifts were available
