Well, the Quest on Nords asks you to Buy the Stoutbeard to get a # of Emeralds that by following Quests, usually, you are alright in doing so.  This Technical Issue is also a Suggestion cuz basically you should have an Item in basically all of the Games on Plarium.com, besides Vikings & Throne, that allows you to Destroy a Building or Fortification type thing.  I say not Vikings & Throne cuz they have those Destroy Building Items...  I can't get rid of the 1 Stoutbeard that I Bought to replace it with the more powerful Hexbeard.  Which I say as a Suggestion would be better if Plarium.com would get rid of that kinda Bug, Lol, so that you can have the maximum amount of Defense Bonus that the Game has to offer!!!
