sad to see this game ruined cause of GREED of Plarium 

It has been several months since I stopped spending money on this game without future.

I don't mind spending a few $ now and then as long as the game is entertaining enough. My main gripe with Plarium in this regard is the blatant casino-type thinking on their part.

I find it more than effing irritating that the price of weekly offers jumped substantially the moment my hero reached a certain level. It's easy to assume Plariums thinking is "he has already invested time and money, we can up the price, he'll spend regardless or he'll have to concede that all the effort was for nothing".

I quit spending for several months, so now the offers are back to OK again (in my book 9$ should land me a minimum of 10k ems + some units and whatever).

I'm out of here if they ever up the price again. Like the sharp witted George W Bush said - "Fool me once, shame on you, uhhh....fool me twice uhh...you can't fool me again so shame on uhhh, someone".

Hello! Each and every player in Nords can reach TOP positions. That, however, requires a lot of time, Resources, Units, and considerable effort. Alternatively, you can use a special Resource - Emeralds - to develop your Stronghold and increase military power to dominate the map. Everyone can get Emeralds for free simply playing the game actively, i.e. participating in Tournaments, completing quests and Achievements, etc. 

This is TRUE!!!!!!!  If you want to spend several YEARS doing this you can get to be an average lvl player.  

IF you have time for about 5 years you can be an above average player.
