Patch Notes 2.20
Version 2.20 has arrived. Here's a look at what it contains:
- New Weapon category. We've laid the groundwork for an entirely new Weapon Type, with the first Weapon from the range set to hit Mech Arena soon.
- New gear filters. We've upgraded the Gear Inspector with new Mech, Weapon, and Pilot filters.
- New Event. This update also paves the way for a forthcoming holiday event, featuring new Mechs, new Weapons, and a new Pilot! More info is on the way.
- Technical improvements. We've improved stability and upgraded Map textures in the Plarium Play version of the game.
Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting features and improvements coming soon. Until then, get out there and wreak havoc in the Arena!

Man look at all the players making negative comments on this post.
I can't help but feel an update like this should be exciting.
At the same time, I'm also not excited. We have had all the same 5v5 deathmatch maps since launch.
I barely ever get to participate in the new events for the new items. I don't have a clue how you determine how you'll make each item available but so far it seems you're just releasing 6 energy variants for free which is really debilitating. The window in which 6 energy weapons are usable is so small it won't be worth it for most people to get it. And you can't even use two 6 energo weapons on a max mech without putting yourself at a disadvantage. Mechs feel totally unavailable except to a select few players typically winners of a payoff event.
It's been a year now since you killed the progress path and the alternative hasn't yet been added which is also really debilitating.
It keeps getting harder to get a-coins from events too. It's actually ridiculous. I don't know why there aren't more people upset about this. But this is the biggest thing that stops me getting excited about updates.
How am I supposed to get excited about updates when it keeps getting tougher to progress without spending and you have to spend more and more to progress at a reasonable pace?

what i want to know is how no one has noticed the implants dont actually change anything i have onyx whos cooldown is supposed to be ten seconds yet it takes 15 seconds for his ability to cooldown and my implant says I am supposed to have a 15% reduduction which anyone that can do math knows it should be * and a half seconds not 15
