email address hacked !

my email address got hacked and my account was linked to facebook the app wont open and plarium have asked me for purchases from inside the facebook which wont show because the password has been changed and i have no way of getting into it, since then i have shown screen shots of the app alongside my facebook login i have sent them bank statements showing money being sent to them, i have had to tell them how much gold was in there what packs iv bought, what kingdom im in, what clan im in, my clan tag, my towns location and recent purchase history all of which i have done, i have asked them to link my account to a new email address so i can secure it, now they have asked me for purchase receipts since 2017 so iv sent my entire banking history for a whole year ! this is absolutely disgraceful on there behalf i have provided so much info to them now its ridiculous ! im posting this here because id like to see how many other people who have been  around like this and investigated over a game we pay to use!! they are supposed to provide a safe gaming environment and help when asked for , not only has my email account been hacked but the game account has too which also has been linked to my visa!! i realy want to abuse the shit out of plarium on this forum right here but feel they will only muck me around more and not even link my account or come up with some lame excuse as to why they cant, is there a lawyer in the house !!  if its not resolved soon i will be spreading the message through viking chats and on face book and everywhere i possibly can to make them feel just as uncomfortable about the situation as i do !  i havnt even mentioned the dreaded web gl error that hasnt stopped since 2017 oh woops did i just do that! wake up plarium and do your job !!
