This is a no can do according to Terms of Use. It would have to stay on your credentials. No transferring accounts or selling accounts.

The only way would be if you gave them you google play / facebook account which the game was linked to.
However that would mean you would not have your google play / facebook account anymore as someone else had access. That's a lot to give up just for a game. Remember this is just a game that can never be won.
If you just want a break then spend some gold on 7 day shields.
Sadly I think once you tire of the game and decide to leave your best option is to burn down all your buildings and dismiss all your troops. That way your town can not be used as a free source of rss and the troops won't be used for easy points.
