WebGL error

I have a webgl error on Firefox 61.01 (64bit) and the same on Chrome 67 (64bit). All is out to date and i have 16Gb or ram. I have clean the browser cache but same error. Please fix it on next update...

I got the same error message with Firefox 61.01. I only happens when I am looking around in the map, which means it happens quite frequently :( Please fix asap!

I have test 'Plarium Play' (new and clear install)  and..... it crash with the same error:

same thing happening to me LOTS its a pain in the asshole , of course i get the same replys as everyone else try allocating more memory or try using a different browser !! plarium you need to fix this  or im gone ya nearly 2 years has gone by now and we still get the same error, its not possible on our end to fix it / the error is in YOUR GAME

i have the same problems. Firefox, Opera, Chrome all the same. After a time or when I move many in the map crash!!

At this point, at least say "We are aware of the error and Devs are working behind the scenes to fix it."   At this point, it looks like no one cares.

1 month later nothing happened ... same error!!   Erna Fiery thanks for reply.. if you need some info please tell me.

I test (all the last version):

  • Chrome (64bit) with error
  • Firefox (64bit) with error
  • Seamonkey (32bit) with error
  • Plarium Play with error

Yeah this needs to be fixed asap, its a big annoyance in the b-hole.

Tested in Firefox/Chrome/Edge(all web-browsers both in 64 and 32bit versions) and Plarium play, all give the same error all the time.

Utterly frustrating.

i think  it’s on the developer side, because this error showed up when devs added ghosts and the more content you add, the bigger the memory will have to be. i don't think this can be fixed case by case because obviously every web player is affected and its not a setup problem.

same problem here, there is the solution (to avoid memory leak) on unity website, that's not that hard to fix.

the same here.

Laptop it comes more that by PC.

But the fault comes.

I not know why Plarium not find the problem. Before the update it where better.

It's been almost a month this game has become unplayable. Why develop a huge town if you can't attack at will?

Tried all Browsers,even Plarium App,but WebGL error occurs every 2-3 minutes if I go searching on Global Map.

If Plarium won't fix this huge bug,I'll save me some money and leave the game.

had this error for ages used to be another error then this new one appeared, funny thing is plarium have another game called throne kingdom of wars its exactly the same format almost a perfect copy apart from different theme and i dont get this error on that game so its something plarium have done to vikings that has caused this error, i get it every 5 minutes or so when i search around the map looking for targets to hit, chrome seems to take a little longer but the error always appears and crashes the game, one way to help us would be to get rid of a lot of the junk on the maps remove the silly lvl 1 cities that  are everywhere, we also dont need animated invaders or ghosts ok they look cool but they dont need to be animated this im sure will eat up shed loads of memory, im not savvy with tech stuff but im sure this doesn't help us, smooth running game play is much better than having cool looking stuff, we can edit our detail options to stop the hero and shaman detail when they march so why cant we choose to turn off invader and shaman effects this im sure would really help  web players a lot

Can you please stop trying to put the blame on players side and start to assume your own incompetence to run properly a game please? All web players have this issue, you really think we all don't have a clue how to update our browsers or clear our cache? What do you think we are? Morron? You want screenshot or want to know what we are doing before game crash but you have many post and pics about that all over your forum, stop being blind or buy some glasses, really annoying to see how disrespectful you are with your customers. You want Pc's configuration, what a joke lol, i run latest game in high settings and play in e-sport competition in fps/str, it's not your little browser game who will hurt my config. So do your job please, you take our money, give us what we pay you for, a game who run properly. Keep in mind that without us you would have to find an other job, so do yours correctly. I'm not sure my boss would be happy if i do nothing at work during a whole month and each time he ask me to do my job i answer him : What i have exactly to do? You sure you provide me all i need to know to do it? Did you open your factory so i can get in? Your game is good, the way you behave and treat your customers is not.
