Incredibly slow loading (Web based)

Hello,

Today the game has started to load incredibly slow. Its at 28% loaded and approaching the hour mark.I have cleared my cache cookies and tried a different browser all the same thing.

Windows 10 (updated)

Chrome Version 60.0.3112.78 (Official Build) (64-bit)

also with Firefox

Nothing changed on my end with my rig and it's happening on another PC also.

Thanks!

Day 2 - ran all traceroutes/pings with no issues. Main Plarium.com loads fine. Other plarium games load. Hardware acceleration and WebGL is enabled.

Still having issues but now 1.5 hours before I can play and if I go from town to global white screen takes about 5 mins to transition and load the global map.

Same thing happened to me. emptied cache and cookies. tried multiple different browsers..even uninstalled and reinstalled them. I even went so far as to do a system restore back 1 week(well before any issue occurred). Something must have changed on plariums side of things..I also have windows 10.

So, i've factory reset my router and my modem.  Same issue.  All other Plarium games load fine except for this one.  Insane amount of time to load the game.

I was having this issue as well, and I found a work around, so see if this helps.

I was playing in Firefox and through the Plarium app, to play on two accounts.  I installed Opera, still wouldn't load well until I started to check the settings in Opera, and then went into the settings for it, and enable the MIDI Full Control, and that seemed to stop the problem. It still wasn't great, but much improved, and then when I turned the game sounds back on, it ran smooth.

So DEVS please look into the audio controls issue that is causing the problem.

OK, was not an audio issue, it's a net issue with something blocking traffic, and it was all fixed with a VPN.  I installed Hotspot Shield which you can download and run for free.

So, the support reply from plarium ticket actually had a useful step for once.  Installed Browsec in chrome, which is a free browser VPN connection you can get from the add-on store.  Set the server to connect to one closest to me then loaded the game.  Fast easy load. It appears to be ISP level or maybe Level3 not playing nice with Vikings servers.  The funny part is all other plarium games work fine.  Go figure. Hope this helps those experiencing the issue as multiple people in my clan are also.

Maybe they have different server location for Vikings. Cause, for example, other plarium games works on java, but vikings and throne based on  WebGl
