Game does not scale on 15'' (1366x768) browser mode - scrollbar is missing

Hi

My wife plays this game on her notebook.

Yesterday she had this problem for the first time since she started in Nov last year:


The game does not scale properly in browser mode.

The toolbar (+chat) are not visible and she cannot access it because there is no scrollbar.  This already happens when loading the game, then you can only see the top 60% of the book but the loading bar itself is not visible.


If you switch too fullscreen mode, the game scales properly and you can see the toolbar and chat again. In windows mode you have to set the zoom to 80% to achieve this.

This is with using google Chrome (latest version) and Firefox (latest version) and it worked properly untill yesterday.

I tried it on my PC with higher resolutions (1920x1080 and 1280x1024) and here the problem does not occur.


Did a gameupdate cause this or are there any suggestions?

My chief suggested that windows made an update that changed the resolution and that that might be what is causing the problem and he suggested that we check our resolution and up it so we don't have a problem ... I haven't tried that yet ... because well I rather like shrinking down the game to 80% and not using the scroll or the full screen option ... but still getting the full view as if in full screen.

Hi

1366 x768 is the highest supported resolution for this display.


Ofc a windows update can always be a cause to problems but I doubt it in this case because it only occurs in this particular browser game.

The 80% zoom or fullscreen is just a workaround, since it did scale correctly /add a scrollbar prior to yesterday.


In the other thread some users also had this happen as I read. Do game officials answer on this forum or is opening a support ticket a better choice?
