i was attacked and pundered while i could not log in. i lost millions of power, i demand evrything back geez

i need 4 million gold to resurrect what is left of my army, because i cannot ressurrect all, u loose some on the way. What is worse is, the guy that attacked me is abusing this situation, he is going from world to world

Well, my patience and understanding have some limit... since 2018, plenty of new features and bugs was added... stop being a bunch of amateur and release update only when it is tested... we are not beta player, we pay for play and we want a working game...


Sure, mistake happen but since the begin of this year, it happen to much often...


i have already begin to play a other game similar who is not plagued with problem... it is the last chance for plarium, one more problem and i quit... of course, for the time being, i will stop to invest monthly my hard earned money in this game...

well, you can be somehow reimbursed but with a max of 1 year spending... and all in regard the law of the place of residence... this make somehow european customer in a better situation because european law are very strong in protecting the customer...


Making a case if you are spending a few euro each month will be ridiculous because cost of lawer will be more that the return but for player who invest thousand or more in the game monthly, it is a possibility...


The most simple thing to do and who will make everybody happy is to stop this insane rate of update with new features and first fix the game and server... then later, continue update the game on a clean build... rushing thing is never good
