Also the same here! Since this afternoon I can't log in with the pc! Shield will drop soon and i am sure i get zeroed!


Game can beplayed on an iphone or ipad but this is not a linked account so impossible to play today.


Hope Plarium will compensate this time all pc players that or hit by this problem

Yep we all agreed to this.. but the Devs  / owners need to put out something to tell us all that this is been worked on.. or all the players will just leave and never invest in this game again.. it really makes sense to keep the players happy OR THE MONEY STOPS!!!  Come on Plairum get with the spirit of fair play..

30yrs of playing games and never seen a company not shut servers down when an issue this drastic is going on, almost every single time something like this happens a company would not only shut down...but roll back the game to restore integrity in the game.  I will no longer pay to play this game 1 red cent if they do not address this quickly and responsibly.

Connection via browser is different, they have a separate server or two for it to verify users .. which do not connect to game through google play and so on.

We are stuck between one of those connections, but fact remains They Do Know who plays and connects via browser, since we only connect to their database with email and pw and not 3rd party identity. 


My point being .. accounts experiencing connectivity problems should be immediatelly given a protection shield until it has been fixed. Many games have this implemented even after regular maintenance. So It may not be Their fault, things break, etc .. but it sure isnt ours either.

Terms of service can never substitute good reputation. PLarium customer service is utterly horrible. In fact, if you want a quick reaction - go to add a review on google or app store of the game. In my experience it is the only place they pay attention 24/7 and respond almost immediatelly.

Always worth a try mate! And Plarium have been known to apologise for stuff like this by giving gold or resources. I just got lucky and managed to put up extra shield on my account. Hope you will too soon
