Please offer an option to place a bounty on another player.  I would put up gold and/or resources in exchange for killing someone else’s troops.   Make a bounty tab to show all bounties.   Assign resources or gold to each tier of troops.  The person putting up the bounty can decide how much to offer and this would give high level players an incentive to go after players who harass others.
