Hi,

I've had a look and I couldn't find a topic about this but I'd love to have in the place where you see your resources the option to display current vs total so you know how many resources until your town stops producing.

Thanks

I think I am right in saying you do, its in stats in the palace .

Yup, in the palace each resource lists your town's capacity it'll reach before production is stopped. Just keep a rough number in mind and check it often for changes ;)

Yes, but I mean at a glance without having to go into the Palace. I tried out another game similar to this and it showed current and total on the town screen. That would be much better without having to go into the Palace.

You can see that food consumption is more than food production by the food number being red ... it would be nice to see that maximum resource production capacity has been met by the resource amount being another color besides the normal color (not sure what it is but looks kind of very light orange) ... so maybe blue or purple or green would be nice ... then you know your town is not producing that resource anymore ...

Historically, the monitoring of the production of resources in the town has caused problems.

The town is pretty cluttered as it is, so am not sure where a bin with a pointer could be placed to show the information you want.

However, isnt it true to say that this information is  also actually already there, in the top left hand corner?

All you need do is remember what your capacity level is, (which tends to be far too low, and soon reached)  after which  there is no production  in town.

I do not know how difficult it would be to program all the information in that same box, but would imagine its of low priority, given all the complex things they are trying to get to work.

One problem with automating another thing, in my opinion, takes the some of the human awareness out of the game playing experience.

There are illegal bot scripts that'll farm for you and others that do your tasks from a user-free computer...both clearly a non-play, in my opinion.

We need less of these things, not more :)
