Between the frequent internal game errors, WebGL errors, Java errors, Browser out of memory errors, ISP disconnections, IP blocking by plarium, connection errors and maintenance down time....... We virtually are able to play 20 minutes per day !!



The Big problem is that we do not know what is going on, Plarium just decide to do something without telling us what they are doing and why they are doing it. When that something causes problems to us, we keep going around and around trying to solve the problem until we eventually discover what they have done or implemented !!!


Moreover, if you take your problem to Plarium's support, you just get the same old BS of "Clear your cache" !!


Most respectable game companies have something called "Beta Testing"  so they can test new implementations before they explode in our faces. Plarium just never heard of it and do not like talking to their customers. I look around and see everyone pissed about something at the moment. No one likes hanging 2 hours trying to get a successful connection.

If Plarium is not aware of the number of players who are currently in a "Pending Quit" status....... Let me tell you "IT IS HUGE".

THe only people they are going to listen to is those spending large amounts of real currency.

The old idea was that it was better to keep a lot of people happy , rather than just a few. 

Has that philosophy, economic view been superceded?

Totally agree on this. Situation is just getting worse as weeks go by. Like Plarium took really big bite and can't swallow - all those implementations are done in haste, like they wanna make people spend more but can't service what they implemented. Further more, techical and ingame support really suck, so many people displeased and openly criticizing won't get Plarium at any place better.
