Is it only visible to those who hit it on the same day it was destroyed ?
A lair will see all players on the map
if an invader has disappeared this means that somebody killed him and extracted his lair

well, it is possible that it was removed too... regulary, invader of 1 type are replaced by a other type... for uber, it happen the friday by example... check the event and bonus page for see for how much time remain your type of invader on the map... some stay 1 week, other a few days... during a invader killing 2 week event, there is a least 1 invader who is renew each day...
