Hi, we have almost reached the limit of knowledge upgrades in out current SH level 2, will there be or is there already a level 3 ? and how do we get to that?

No level 3 SH yet.  Our clan has also run out of knowledge to do, so we are stocking piling transformed rss for when lv 3 is released.  My guess is that we don't get a SH update until after the new year.
