Question about accounts??

Heya,

First off im sorry because im sure youve been asked this question 1million times now but im new to the game and ive started my account through the browser on my pc.


When i come to play it on the phone app i find out that the account isnt crossed over to the app.


Can you tell me if there is any chance in the future that it will become available for you to use the account on the app aswell as the browser?

For now (if u didn't upgrade your town) easier way to startover on facebook (there u can play on pc and mobile both)

I would like the answer to this as it is so annoying, to be honest there really should be a warning given about this as its a big issue.

I've got the same problem... my town is lvl 19 therefore I'm definitely not going to start all over again.  It should be as simple as using your FB or G+ account, but it seems it is not.  Why is that?  Would be nice if someone from Plarium actually answered the question.

I agree with you guys.

I did send a ticket to support, they told me that they will make it possible in the future.

But they didn't say when, so it might take awhile.
