Why did the T7 update change the troop training points?

Before the T7 troop update the points for training troops used to be;

T1 100pts T2 200pts T3 400pts T4 1250pts T5 2500pts T6 5000pts

Now it is; T1 100pts T2 200pts T3 300pts T4 60pts T5 1300pts T6 2500pts T7 5000pts

I think it would be better as; T1 100pts T2 200pts T3 400pts T4 1250pts T5 2500pts T6 5000pts T7 10000pts

Why did Plarium reduce the amount of points for T3, T4, T5 and T6 troops and not just make the points for T7 larger?

I agree with you. T 7 should be 10k points. Plarium is getting lamer : (

I think they did this because people had been complaining about how much points were gotten for training and a lot of cvc and kvkr became events where people just trained to win ...

Ture, I saw a clan yesterday score 18B points from training T5 troops.

I think if you do the maths of the points gained per level of troop against the cost of the troop it works out that training T1 troops is the best option.

The major downside to this is rather than to 10 lots of training at T5 or T6 level you end up doing 200 lots of training for the same points but have saved a lot on resources (or gold if you're flash).

Many Jarls save up a lot of boosts and resources then go for training as much of their highest level troop as possible.

Still, it sucks if you're a small town/clan and can't train T6/T7 troops.

That really really sucks, specially the training of t4 troops it is less than half of what it use to be and I had just unlocked my first t5 troop the day the t7 was released too, The T5 training is now only 50 more points than what the T4 use to be, I guess that also means there is also a reduction in points for killing T3s, T4s, T5s and T6s which sucks even more as I normally score a lot of points killing tier 3 to 5 troops in the cvc.

I have checked and it looks like you still score the same points for killing T3 to T6 troops which is great and only 1/4 of the points for training T3 to T6 troops which is also great as it use to be half of what troop killing was, much fairer however there is nothing to stop big players just training T7s which are the same points as what the training of T6 troops use to be.

Its probable that this has all been thought through, and its to cover various aspects of the game that have become more predictable, as well as getting players to go , cough up for the latest updates.

I saw a clan yesterday score 18B points from training T5 troops. </p><p>I think if you do the maths of the points gained per level of troop against the cost of the troop it works out that training T1 troops is the best option.</p><p>The major downside to this is rather than to 10 lots of training at T5 or T6 level you end up doing 200 lots of training for the same points but have saved a lot on resources (or gold if you're flash).</p><p>Many Jarls save up a lot of boosts and resources then go for training as much of their highest level troop as possible.</p>Still, it sucks if you're a small town/clan and can't train T6/T7 really really sucks, specially the training of t4 troops it is less than half of what it use to be and I had just unlocked my first t5 troop the day  the t7 was released too, The T5 training is now only 50 more points than what the T4 use to be, I guess that also means there is also a reduction in points for killing T3s, T4s, T5s and T6s which sucks even more as I normally score a lot of points have checked and it looks like you still score the same points for killing T3 to T6 troops which is great and only 1/4 of the points for training T3 to T6 troops which is  also great as it use to be half of what troop killing was, much fairer however there is nothing to stop big players just training T7s which are the same points as what the training of T6 troops use to I saw a clan yesterday score 18B points from training T5 troops. </p><p>I think if you do the maths of the points gained per level of troop against the cost of the troop it works out that training T1 troops is the best option.</p><p>The major downside to this is rather than to 10 lots of training at T5 or T6 level you end up doing 200 lots of training for the same points but have saved a lot on resources (or gold if you're flash).</p><p>Many Jarls save up a lot of boosts and resources then go for training as much of their highest level troop as possible.</p>Still, it sucks if you're a small town/clan and can't train T6/T7 really really sucks, specially the training of t4 troops it is less than half of what it use to be and I had just unlocked my first t5 troop the day  the t7 was released too, The T5 training is now only 50 more points than what the T4 use to be, I guess that also means there is also a reduction in points for killing T3s, T4s, T5s and T6s which sucks even more as I normally score a lot of points have checked and it looks like you still score the same points for killing T3 to T6 troops which is great and only 1/4 of the points for training T3 to T6 troops which is  also great as it use to be half of what troop killing was, much fairer however there is nothing to stop big players just training T7s which are the same points as what the training of T6 troops use to
