Anyone know where to get Sagacity runes?
I've got the fantastic total of 10 but no idea where they came from.

Sagacity is one of the runes from the latest update.Its the rarest rune from the Plague Raven.

When you get runes from a hit on a ghost,you will find that 10 is the minimum amount you can get, and they come in multiples of 10.
So a grand total of 10,isnt very much,considering you need 1000 of them to make one simple rune.
Of course considerably much more for legendary runes.
4 simple >1 usual
4 usual > 1 unusual
4 unusual > 1 rare
4 rare > 1 epic
4 epic> 1 legendary.
1,024 x 1000 fragments =1,024,000 fragments.

Will Plarium be adding a 15% melee defense rune? It is only troop category that does not have this bonus

This may not be the best place to ask this question.
However, I don't think its the only rune that is potentially missing.

i did not mean to imply it is only rune missing. I said it is only %15 defense rune missing. Where would I put it? When building defense set.

Very good question. I suppose if like you said there were other potentially missing runes, then they could be grouped together with new ghost. Preferably one that dropped star shards as well ...lol.

Or. the Revival rune could be changed to 15% Melee defense instead of its current 15% offense

I don't think changing an existing rune would go down too well with those that wanted the one that was changed.
Especially if they had already spent lots of energy chasing it.

Yes there are many possible runes and so further ghost types are quite likely hopefully with a 15% melee defense rune for Freja.
Having said that, I see that Helheim Warrior, Marsh Nixa and Plague Raven are missing from the above table. Did I forget any?
