If you haven't opened a ticket from within the game you should. Give them as much info as possible, include your user ID number, and a screen shot of the transaction. Take my advise take screenshots of all your transactions and save them. Without them it will be hard to get reimbursed. I now take screenshots of my resources and my shield status at random times just to be safe.
