Can not log on after android update

I have the same issue. lucky my girlfriend has the s5 and I put up shields. has anyone figured this out yet. the still blame the connection.

I have had the same problem for nearly 3 weeks.  I have had the same BS response from Plarium as everyone else.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, and since update Error message of no Internet Connection, stops loading at 90%.

I had the same problem. As soon as you turns off power saving mode, game starts to work.

I've also had this issue.  I even replaced my phone (due to hardware issue), lo and behold, when it upgraded to Nougat, no more vikings!


Come on Plarium, work out what's wrong and fix the code!    You know a lot of us have been putting money into this game and it feels like there's no support for all the money we put in!    There is obviously a problem with contacting the servers for some reason.   Do some troubleshooting and fix the code, so we can get back to playing the game WE LOVE!


The basic response so far that I've gotten is:  'use a different device'.   Umm, well, it's my phone!   So you want me to buy a new phone which BTW, may still have the issue, since it's an issue with Nougat!   


Please Please help us and find out what is wrong :)

My husband and I are also having this issue (along with half our kingdom) I have been in contact with plarium since the android 7 update and I are getting told it's our devices as well. I have contacted EVERY SINGLE place I can think of to help me get on plarium about this issue getting fixed. The BBB, Google, samsung, etc... i have the screen shots, I have the responses, I have everything. Im filing formal complaints with every one. I am DONE being told to "use another device" unless Plarium is willing PAY for that new device. These are brand new phones! Less than 6 months old! Absoutely no reason everything EXCEPT

Ok Devs pay attention here.  This may point you to where the bug is.

There is one thing I have found out. When you try to log in and your game stops at 90% you are connecting.  My elders have told me i am online when i was getting the error and not actually getting in.


Another thing noted, when I dump data and have a baby account I get in just fine.  When I go to recover thinking I am in the clear...boom error with internet connection.   THUS it is something we holders of older accounts have within our account database tables causing it to be booted before fully connecting. 

Best educated ideas i can come up with on the information I have been given by my mates and observing myself.

I just know it's not isolated to a single carrier, I am USCC and another I know in my clan  with the same problem is on Verizon.  That rules out carrier specific add ons to the primary OS on our side.

Try downgrading the operating system. Can be done via Odin and factory ROM (and you lose warranty) or in a specialised samsung service.

Plarium product owner and PR managers are incompetent and support comes from India. Little hope there. However Nougat has 7% of all android installations. And players that can buy s7 also spend big money in the game. As I said, incompetents.

As of this morning when my phone system upgraded to the 7.0...i can no longer connect to the game. Gets to 90% then stops. With Wi-Fi and without Wi-Fi. Customer support has the same robotic answer as always.. clear cache, check connection yada yada yada. I am wondering if plarium actually has people respond to issues. I have the exact same response 3 times. Today they tell me my phone can not support the sysyem. I have been playing 5 months and spent several thousand dollars. By reading this thread it doesn't take a software engineer to realize it's not an individual issue. Will the

So.....what the he'll are you guys doing about this problem???  It's been going on for 3 months now.  Yes I've done everything your supported techs copy and paste from their skit sheet, uninstall, clear data and cache reinstall....just keep pressing restart.....send screen shoots, send more this more that.....B

I can confirm this is still an issue. I have a new Galaxy S7 with 7.0. Started the game fine, but as soon as I tried to sync my game, I can no longer log in. This also means I cannot retrieve my user ID for support.


Please update us on this.

Dude you can send your city's coordinates and the number of your Kingdom. Also, you should add receipts of payments in the game (it helps them to understand that it's your own account).

One time I lost my account and this information helped me gave it back.

You can create a new account, relocate it in your kingdom and watch your main city's coordinates or ask your clansmens say your coordinates to you.
