having same problem resources only produce to half of capacity approx. , believe a lot of the started around kvs k started. I have lost millions of resources because of this. example I produce approx. 276k silver per hr vault capacity is 1,7 building capacity is 1.7 approx. . my silver production stops at 1.76 mill. other resources items varies where it stops producing. Having other problems come and go like speed-ups not working. . I wouldn't doubt other skills are and such may be effected also.
Hanging around to see if they fixed this problem or if k vs k ends my problem is resolved.Apr 6, 2017, 02:5304/06/17

Hey, dude. Usually, guys use bank for saving and collecting resources ;) In this case, your production will not stop if you will send your rss in bank

If building capacity is reached your producers will stop. Vault capacity is how much can be saved from attackers looting you. So if you have building capacity of 1.5 mil and vault capacity 1 mil then after you have 1.5 your producers will stop. If you are attacked the attacker will steal 0.5mil and you will have 1 mil left after the attack.
