now that`s funny. specialists? i say . if you people knew what you were doing we wouldn`t continue having these problems. instead of all these new gimmicks to get us to spend our hard earned money, why don`t you first fix the problems that continue to plague our game play.

it was nice when you can say us where is the problem and what you mean how long it needs to fix. and what is with the player who lost the shilds in the time where you have the problems? get they 1 month shild from you till you fix the prob?

Hi all, Something goes wrong. Vault doesnt work after update. My Vault should protect almost 9M of each and all rss lost after each attack. Luckily only 2M in total, but Vault doesnt work. I am not able to load Support page to post bug.
I met this issue today first time after update. Ive been playing mostly without shield and never lost resources. Today i lost rss through all attacks on my city even my city had been "empty".

Anyone else not receive gold reward for maint. upgrade? Neither account recieved. Also one account got kills and rewards for kill event while other account did not but registered 1st kill points but then did not register 2nd kill points. What the hell. Seems there are many problems

Left my troops mining 3 rss piles during maintenance. When i logged on, they just sitting on rss piles doing nothing. Cancel does not work to return them, and game says no troops mining. Is crazy - 3rd maintenance fix in 2 days after update, and still full of bugs! Clearly not tested properly before release - is same every update. Testing division should be ashamed!

Perhaps sometimes they do not give gifts,they appeared not to do that a few days ago, and then we feel left out because we have got used to them being given.
However, because I have accounts in different Kingdoms, I am aware that I do not always get the maintenance gifts, which is even worse , because you know some players have had the gifts.
Yesterday this account missed out on one of the gifts that contained lots of VIP points. It would have been very useful to have had, as it would have been enough to take me to the next level, where I would have had the benefit of Shaman experience points boost.
The accounts that have lost connectivity and I have just restarted all got the gifts.I shall see shortly if any others do not.
UPDATE.
My other Kindom towns that were off line did get a free gift when I logged back in.
I think that there was at least 4 shutdowns yesterday, possibly 5, and though I got some free gifts, I saw no sign of any GOLD in any of them

Radgost is correct, vault does not work since yesterday.
On the youngest Kingdom this opposes a wee bit of an issue. Full of new players who's 3-day shield is dropping by now and without gold yet to buy new, losing their resources unexpectedly.
I'm getting several questions from my clan members about the how and why of this, and I try to defend the game while keeping the morale up.

So after this maintenance is the vault still not working ... guess I am going to find out soon ... lol .. .not that I will have much in my town.

where are these rewards some clan members got them others got nothing ?
those that stay logged in got them others who logged out when they saw maintenance starting did not get them all were on pc - phone accounts do not seem affected.
i see gold mentioned i only saw boosts etc... ???

When will this finally be fixed? I try to loggin since yesterday after work. Last time I could play or load shield was 2 days ago in the evening. Now is KvK an we can´t score for rewards. Hope the compensation will be bigger than the loss.

Did anyone feel the lagging after the updates? or its just me? I have to click 2 times every button in the game and it comes up so slowly. Or is it the Chrome browser I'm using?
Is there any explanation of this?

Yes. It is frequently lagging and crashing on PC.
Opening Bank to buy packs. Crash. Looking at events. Crash. Looking at gear. Crash. Etc. Frequently.
In global map. Often the normal "click and drag" result in "move here" as in click. Sometimes 5-10 times in a row. Unresponsive and lagging UI controls like buttons etc.
Scouting, (looking around), on map result in memory fault even earlier then before. Now it crashes after only a few minutes.
Taking down a few invaders. Memory fault. Doing some other in-game work. Memory fault. Etc.
And yes, have cleared cache etc. Have a GPU with 8G DDR5 RAM and 16G System RAM with OS on a high end M.2 disk - so it should clearly suffice.

Great that Elsa and Sibba finally got released. Now I really hope Plaium is putting forth some serious effort on solving some of the in-game issues - where memory leaks at least for me would be high on the list.Jul 15, 2018, 10:5307/15/18

the crasher when you play in a browser are there.
Special you sarch in the kingdom than the memory crash comes
Since the last update the crashes are ther. Since the last it comes earlier.
And i think that at weekend no one look or work for this f.... things.

I have been unable to access the game now for three days since the upgrade I get the plarium logo when I tap on the app then the screen changes not to the loading screen as usual but to a broken digitized "mess"and nothing else happens ,I am not the only one with this issue I know of at least two other in my clan ,please undo whatever it is you have done you managed to break it so fix it!

what a mess you have created just to pick up more revenue. this game is useless now. i try to combine gems....crash. runes.... crash. materials.... crash. utterly redickless.
