Bank took money NO PACKAGE

For the second time I have been conned by this company. The £4:99 hero energy package was paid for and not recieved on the 13 of june at 8 pm. I created tickets but recieved no email to acknowledge my complaint let alone a refund or replacement item. The same thing has just happened again, I have created a ticket again. I am not hopefull of recompense or even a pretense at customer service.

The games are great when all goes smoothly, but any enjoyment I may have had has just evaporated. Plarium please get your act together and stop conning your loyal customers!
