ok Plarium if you do read these forums, I dont think I can put up with this much longer. I have spent hard earned money on this game, and to get treated like an idiot and ignored, is something I dont need and wont put up with UTC +1:00

Same problem here too. Server connection error. jeez it´s about damn time that someone should get their asses up and fix the issue . And NO it´s not a problem from users. It´s plarium´s problem if they can´t back up their servers. UTC +8:00

They are just useless. Clan battles has started, we are unable to login, our cities are going to be unshielded soon and they dont give a F about it.

yeah this makes what 3 times in a weeks time it has gone down? i know plarium is raking in the money, so why cant they keep a simple server up. i mean there are players that spend hundreds every week or every other week on here im sure.

help please .... i keep getting this .....a sever connection error has occurred.unfortunately,the game can not run without an active connection try restatrting in a few minutes .... error code login server lost ............... ok i cleared my history and cache and can use differnt browsers ,,,,i can get into the game alt account via face book while this accout cant not get in ....any one have an ideas i play on pc UTC +10:00

The last 3 CvCs , 1 minute before it starts the game disconnects me from both my PC client app and the PC browser app in Chrome. Then I can't log in for at least two hours. Now guess what?! It is happening again. Any other game company at least immediately puts up a message "hey sorry guys, we are aware of the issue and working on it!". Not Plarium, not only do they not reimburse for lost troops if shields go down during that time, but they don't even acknowledge that it is happening. They don't care about the customer, just the money.

Not the first game I have seen this in. In another game the server was being spammed. (I forget what the attack was called.) But it kept anyone from being able to log in. Went on for weeks.

you may talk about a so called ddos attack? yeah these are quite annoying and can cause serious damage on a server sadly. I don´t even know why people do that. It´s just childish

Yesterday when PC servers went down right at start of CVC, members of my clan playing on PC's had their troops returned from being stored under a bank shield, which was on the Android platform. Each one of them lost heavy troops. There was nothing they could do and 2 members have decided to quit because of all of this bull crap. A warning to all... Check your shields and troop locations after each server failure. Anyone have suggestions on another game we can switch to? Join The Rebellion
