Account to PC on Smartphone

Hello everybody,

I tried to install the game on my mobile phone, I put in the same mail but I always start with a new game.

How can I connect the game from PC to mobile?

Hello, I've heard that you can not do it from pc to tel, but instead the other way around is if a PC user can pass an account on the cell but I can not guarantee that this is true if someone can intervene to confirm or Deny I would be grateful Thank you hello and good game at all My kingdom Hoffelsdor Nickname Lestat Clan Italian Avengers2

As Corgi said here you can only link between mobile and Facebook version

Is it still true ?

I started to play on PC and now when I try to download the game on smartphone I always start a new game ... :(

Dear ETIENNE GENIN,

If you started the game on plarium.com portal, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your game account to your mobile device or facebook.com website. Plarium.com website does not support the functionality of synchronization for transferring the game process. However, please note that If your game account was created via Facebook in the browser or Facebook Gameroom, you can transfer your game progress to the mobile device by following the steps below:

1. Tap Menu, then Account on your device;

2. Select Restore Saved Account;

3. Select the service: Facebook;

4. Authorize in the selected service.

Be careful and pay due attention to the system messages.

If you have any additional questions, we will be happy to help. Enjoy the game!

Could you add this to a list of updates for the app/website - if I could transfer over I would play more often. It's very inconvenient that I can't move my account to use on the app

I second that - it should be on the very top of PLARIUM'S priority list to make parameter files(snapshot files of game progress) for players that work in both browser and mobile apps regardless of which platform the player used to create the account. Just make sure you don't allow dual logins...and we should be fine.
