Did'nt get what I paid for

Hi, I have raised a ticket for this a week ago and not even had an auto acknowledgement of my ticket. Its not a hard one.

I purchased a package a week ago with the aim of getting my 2nd builder and a 2nd prophet, both for 1 week. These 2 items where not received and who knows what else. I will not be purchasing other packages until this issue is sorted. Its getting boring with 1 of each and I am drifting away with this delay.


Can any moderator / administrator on get a hold of the people who handle these and see whats going on.

same here, i didnt get all items from the package, or i get different ones

support wants a screenshot

how the hell create a screenshot from it, plarium doesnt even have a hystory of my purchases

thats a big joke

1. Specify the date and time of the purchase

2. Provide your user ID and game version. To find this information, please go to the Menu and tap the "About the game" button.

3. Attach screenshot of the issue: the payment confirmation of the Offer

If you paid with paypal you should have a statement of purchase ... if you paid with a credit card you should have some type of statement ... however you paid you should have something that shows your payment ... you should have some type of record FROM THE entity that you paid with ... :p

At all, why do I have to prove to plarium that I have made a purchase. If I give them my player ID, they should know it...and if not, then sorry this support is just pointless

That is a bit ridiculous ... you could say why do I have to prove to any store I bought something ... I should just be able to go in and say I bought it and it's not good and so give me a replacement or my money ... BUT ... that is not how it works ... you should have the documentation ... so JUST PROVIDE IT ... sorry ... but I think you are being a bit difficult ... :)

If you come to the store with the torn thing, but without a receipt, no one is going to help you and give you your money back for this thing. You spent much more time with your aggressive behavior then you needed if you just added that support wanted.

But it is a store ... an internet store ... in non internet stores lots of data is stored also ... if you paid with credit card at a non internet store they would have the information available ... however they would require you to provide the information if you had a problem ... :)
