Please read

 have contacted Blue Frog. They advised me that YOU are the 3rd party vendor who offers the credit amount and YOU LINK WITH THEM once your requirements are met. Please apply the credits.

This game, Viking War of Clans is the one I am having an issue with. Counting THIS EMAIL,, I have sent 3 REQUESTING resolution to a promotion you offered for credits on another game I play. Please READ IN ITS ENTIRETY!! I play Stardrift Empires Nova provided by Blue Frog.There is an option to get 8840 credits on that game by installing Viking War of Clans. I DID THIS a week ago, and have played for more than the required 10 minutes. The credits still have not applied. Please reply back with the following answers/solutions1. Credits applied to my Stardrift Empires Account.2. Phone number in Israel for customer support, the supervisor of promotions, or any other direct email address to reach someone who can resolve this problem.
I HAVE DONE CUSTOMER SERVICE for 31 yesrs. I have NEVER gotten 3 replies stating the need for screen captures, to contact the "right" support group WHEN I have, and 1 week delays even in getting a response. A response from Blue Frog came within 12 hours of submission with the right course of action.

I have sent two requests to fix a problem in the other cargory. I installed this game last Sunday to obtain the credit reward of 8840 credits for Nova Starfleet commander. Requirement was of 8840 credits. I haven't received credits yet and played over the requisite 10 minutes. PLEASE apply the credits.
