copy coprate office reads this.....your customer service is garbage.....bunch of useless pple...no knowledge. just bought a pack shows in my items i have the boosts....but when i goto ue on buildings...they are not there...been tryin to get this fixed with no solution all day. just want what i paid for....this is ridiculous...been jumping threw hoops to get what i paid for....gonna be last time i give any money if i even continue to play any Plarium games anymore...what a disappointment you dont back your games. just steal from pple, shame on you. hope pple read this and stop spending money on this crap

Is in there 2 Different types of speed ups.. one for building,s other for the strong hold clan thing..

I'm new only 6 days playing but i think it says it on them if you hover over the speed ups be for you buy them.

Or after not to sure sorry if this does not help.just keep sending in if im wrong.

According to forums there have been reports of people needing a cooldown period before initiating new purchases. Also make sure you have fully explored your clan store and items list. Be sure to close other browsers when performing actions that may cross-platform. Be sure  to check emails to confirm purchases. And of course with internet being limited to data packs you will possibly need to reboot your browser more that once to clear any conflicts-that is all I have right now-hope it helps-cheers!

HMMM WELL..... U MAY HAVE JUST COME ACROSS SOMEONE WHOME CAN REACH UR COMPANY IN A INTERCONTINENTAL LAW SUIT!!!! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS ON UR APP AND ONLY RECIVED HALF.... PLUS MY ACCT IS MONITORED FEDERALY.. WITH HUGE AMOUNTS OF WITHDRAWAL
