Just an idea but currently the only ways that we can help other clan members directly is to send resources, reinforce or push the help button. Could The stronghold be set up so a clan member could donate equipment or gems to the stronghold that other clan members could then buy from the strong hold in exchange for scrolls. This would help the smaller players get some good gear and promote a bit of trade within the clan.
