Want more strategic attacks. Do not allow players to shield with attack marches out

There would be a lot  more clan confrontations and strategy needed if attackers could not shield while attack marches are out. So, while attacking rss tiles, attacking enemy towns, and contributing to onslaughts, you can not shield until marches are back at your town.

Wtf?  How can they have a "Peace" shield as they're out killing without being provoked?  It's stupid that it's even possible.  But I cannot defend my town with a Peace shield up?  I think if you're attacked first...you should be able to attack back without losing your shield...as in tile attacks.

If you have a peace shield up your town can not be attacked so no need to defend it.

If you can't have a shield up after attacking then that means there will be no strategy ... it will be biggest strongest guy always wins ... the big guys they don't even need a shield on ...

I would have to agree ,especially to inexperienced players,that the misleading name peace shield sucks,but a change of of name wouldnt alter its operation.

However is it a deliberate choice of words, or  just a poor translation?

Maybe a better name would just be shield.

Totally agree with Nightmare, it is so low to attack rss tiles in the first place, many players really need those resources and i often see much superior players preying on lower players yilding, while they are shielded up. If shield was not possible while an attack (ANY form of offensive act) it would be lot more fair and give lower lvl players a chance to get help to attack the attacker.

In our clan we have a policy not to hit on rss tiles, but some players litterally focuses on hitting tiles and brags about it in Common Chat.

There are several related topics on the forum which mention fairness and bullying.

Often the response is  along the lines of  its a war game,not farmville and aggression is to be expected.

In fact,the game relies on, and reflects real life behaviour, where the stronger people who have enough, and do not need more, take advantage of those who do not, may need the most,and for whom a little goes a long way.

A lot depends on the development stage of the kingdom and the people in it ,or if a competition is ongoing, generally speaking there are enough tiles and invaders and ghosts to satisfy everyones needs without tile hitting or stealing of weakened targets from less abled players.

However, a stable  peaceful kingdom may not remain so,and in a kingdom where there are rules against such behaviour some will do it because they can, its fun, or they are otherwise bored.


Some complain about the poor content of Lokis chest.

Yet mostly strong aggresors will gain little from the much weaker player,but with the excuse a lot of little makes a lot.

The irony of it is, that taking from from others is just another form of farming.
