Package bought - package doesnt appear

One friend from Kingdom 390 didnt get his package. He bought 3 package and he still waitung more than a week now...

Its too much!!!

We need service hotline number............

Ticket /e-mail is not efficient. We waited 10 days, nothing happens.

Last but not least we wanna cancel package if you cant fix it until Monday evening.

Hey, mate. I have had the same problem too. 

Your friend should write a message in support http://support-portal.plarium.com/ticketcreator/store/vikings/ , in the letter he should add his game ID ( he can find it here: menu -> about the game -> game ID) and screenshots of receipts. They must help him. Good luck, bro

I had the same problem as necromaner. I had just registered and signed in when I took the option of purchasing the £17.99 Novice Set. After going through the purchase procedure I received a javascript error. This was after the purchase had been authorised through my bank. No package was delivered, so I went through the purchase procedure for a second time. This time, no javascript error but still no package received.




I immediately contacted support and submitted an issue, including my game id, etc. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. No email even acknowledging the support ticket. I'm awaiting my bank statement, but it seems I have spent £35 for nothing. I am very annoyed. Considering contacting my card issuer so they can take action.

I have had the same problem but they did reply me by e-mail asking for ID and screenshots of receipt and i finally got my pack. Are you sure you checked the spam folder and there were no replies?

2nd rime something like this. Happened, 1st time i didnt package at all, was 2nd package for shaman, i forgot her name the calvery girl, this time the stronghold/regular boosts package, i got aome combo of 2 diff packages instead of the one shown??

Same with me 

I but 1 pack and they charged me double of it on iPhone . 

And onnce they never delivered my packages 

Zero 

They have to refund my money or else I have to complain to bank so bank can take my money back
