Lucrative Offer False?

Yesterday my lucrative offer was for $9.99  I believe the gold given was 146k plus a bunch of energy boosts including (1,000) 1k boosts a few hundred of the others, ending with (50) 5k boosts.  I thought it was funny so I talked in clan chat about it and there were also other packs being discussed with the 5k boosts.  this morning I checked and it was still being offered so I bought it... i got everything but my (50) 5k boosts.  If its a glitch, id like to have the last purchase taken away like you have done before and my card credited.  I can purchase the other energy boost set and get more gold and energy as 250k energy is a huge difference in the pack offer.

i have this morning the same case of a lucrative offer at 49.99 euros with 100*5000 energy but i don't have this too in my account !!!!

the offer contain 5000*100  2500 *200 1000*500 500*2000 and 100*5000.

how do I get a screenshot of the payment confirmation? that means I would have had to screenshot my transaction at the time of purchase.... who does that? who screenshots every transaction? the best I can do is give you the date and give a screenshot of my bank account.

I think, he means you should send him a screenshot of the purchase history.

i play on the plarium platform, and have never had the option to view a purchase history like with iphone or google play.  all i can do is send a SS of my CC statement

I did notice the other day some packs with high energy amounts I never saw before ... highest I ever seen (and bought) was 2K ... but these were higher ... I didn't buy any of them though.

I have just bought Axe of the North but nothing was added to my Account. If I need to go somewhere and activated I don't know where.

Google announced me that it was paid and when I try to buy once again display the message that I already have it.

Please help.

it was on Google play and every detail you need is in my first message.

After a day I have got some parts of resources. Today I have put the axe on my worrier and I have sent it to year resources but the axe does nothing, the speed of retrieving resources is the same as before +10% instead of 20%as what is written on the properties of the axe.
