Unstable functioning of the game

We know that lately you may have encountered unstable functioning of the game or may even have had difficulties launching it. 

Currently we are directing all our time and efforts towards fixing this issue, so we have postponed development of new game features. 

This is really time-consuming as we need to not only identify the issue, but also fix it in such a way that it doesn’t affect the other game features. That’s why the game undergoes technical maintenance so often now. This maintenance makes part of a comprehensive solution process and may not produce immediately tangible results. Eventually these comprehensive measures will allow us to optimize functioning of the game.

Always wondered why you guys, Plarium, NEVER HAD a beta server to test forehand your new features before implement them, and how does it impact the whole game??

Been playing online for more than 15 years, on various games, never seen that before. Might be an idea to follow in the near future.

That being said, i dare hope trying to fix it won't break it more.....

I really wish you would provide a notice to all users that maintenance is scheduled. I never receive notifications about it and end up getting stuck out of my kingdom at horrible times.

Maybe something you should consider.

Just demonstrates how inept you guys are....Try using a beta server and don't upgrade until the bugs are out. People that play this game expect and deserve full access for their expenditures.

Have you ever heard about devops, Scrum, or Agile methods? Not really, as we seen.

Now from on, we try to enjoy half day playing, despite other half is under maintanance.

I appreciate your update.  Keeping us informed is always a very good idea.  Speaking of which, it would be very helpful if, when you take the system down for maintenance, you give us an estimate of how long the game will be down.  It helps us a lot in planning our day.  Thanks

Very disappointed in all this, again hours of being out of use. The game has been very unreliable in the past. New features are to incite people to cheat and very unfair. I am at the end of my patience.

Why not  take out the recent updates,  go back to what was working, and  in the mean time work on the updates separately before you put them back or not at all, because they are more pain than they are worth, and  are just another bigger stick for the advanced players to beat the smaller players with.

I really think you should reward your players better for your inept ability to keep his game functioning. I can't hardly wait for the meager 30K VIP points awarded for our downtime. The rewards you provide are a joke in relationship to the inconvenience you cause your players. I have a novel idea: HIRE SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE!

Another BUG since 2 weeks is "energy hero".... The max of my energy hero is 4885......when I log out for the night .

The next day I expect to have that, unfortunatly I have a max of energy hero of 2500.

If I remove an equipment and reput it...the max of the energy hero return to 4885.

Just mean a lot of lost in energy. It's boring.

I'm not the only one in my clan to complain.

Would be nice if this trouble can be fix.....Thanks

Muy Bn se que tratan de hacer lo mejor en cada mantenimiento, pero por favor actualizaciones en medio de eventoc como CvC y KvK Furia, esta reciente trajo mas problemas de los cuales ya contamos como, ciudad clonada, no se actualiza la informacion del navegador atalaya, en minas sale vacia pero al momento de enviar tropas dice que vas a perder el escudo si lo tienes puesto porque si no lo mandas y perderas tropas atacando cuando no lo quieres hacer. esta nueva actualización trajo problemas estando dentro de la ciudad se esta mejorando algo y se comienza a congelar la pantalla dejando fantasmas de imagenes que abrimos graves. Ojala sigan mejorando

You guys only care about your profit and that is clear to all of us,BUT you do realize your losing large amounts of players and those that are trying to hang on aren't spending much money on it, if at all, because of the lousy support and the unstable game play.  You guys are a sad lot ...

hola, buenas noches, esto es una vergüenza, parece mentira que tengáis un equipo de desarolladores ahí.

 Siempre hacéis lo mismo, en medio de un evento os ponéis a hacer cambios y movidas, porque no lo hacéis mientras no hay nada?

y luego con una recompensa ridícula pensáis que esta todo resuelto.... ya os vale.

No sois conscientes de los perjuicios que causais, y por lo menos deberíais informar de lo que va a estar el juego detenido, por educación más que nada.

Es tan dificil tener una versión beta y probar primero lo que vayais a hacer ahí?

no warning about maintenance and just says internet connection error .. not the usual down for maintenance message soooooo how long are we expecting to be down for ?

Do we know when the maintenance will be over if there is any? .... or the game just stopped working and noone gives a second thought to fix it?
