Many players are leaving the game due to him.

The message mean that you maybe use 3rd party software for cheat the game... what some call bots... have nothing to do with having multiple account
As privacy, it end up when it allow people to use cheating software... it is like in sport, you don't call your right on privacy when there is a anti dooping test...
Now, the cheating detector from plarium is far to be perfect... specialy when it was launched a few weeks ago and was detecting a lot of false positive... since, it have improve but yet work to be done...
