I've followed all suggestions, everything plarium said would fix the problem. Tried Plarium Play, google chrome, firefox, vivaldi, Orbitum, waterfox, komodo dragon, opera, brave, and microsoft web browsers. The results were the same on all of them. Login not working, white screen, and/ or message saying error  "No account matching this email address was found. Please verify the email address, create an account, or contact Plarium Support". So, would like to really, really know WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!!!

The site is currently under construction, as we are working to improve plarium.com. Please refresh the page or try again later.    (newest addition to messages. Got this one from just trying to look at profile, lol.

yep me to,also was in middle of os and couldn't sign back in on computer lost hole army and resources thank you plarium

also got error 500 message right at end of cvc great timing

hope this helps somebody else out,click on site to load into game,on right top where it says profile last box to right i clicked on it and hit back and game loaded,hope this works for you also

Same here, im trying to login over 2 hours. The same problem was here after the last update (1-2 days ago), but it worked 12 hours later. Btw. a full loaded account with troops and rss and a shield for 24 hours, because im daily online. 2 years ago i got zeroed, wasnt my fault and plarium told me that was my problem 😣

I'm in now, but wasn't able too for past 6 hours, right at the end of cvc too

Finally able to get back in. 12 hours of no access during CvC meant I had no chance of winning. Lets hope Plarium send compensation equivalent to a CvC win.....................

Hi Jarls, the logging in issue has been resolved and you can continue enjoying the game!

I also recommend that you synchronize your account with your mobile device in the future, just in case, in order to be able to launch the game from it.

Thank you Plarium !!!

Due to the failure, I am not only loose of all troops, but also of my resources, as I could not extend the shield.

Log in was not possible !!!!!

Add me to the list of this happening to also. I use Plarium Play. It also wouldn't run on Firefox or Edge. I DID have a white box pop up a couple of times saying "we're working hard to fix this issue" or something very siimilar to that. Not even like their regular error boxes. Lasted a ....while. Hour or two-ish. When I was able to log on though no one else in my Clan had had it happen. So maybe not ALL servers were affected. Working fine now though. Just happy we were already finished with our CvC siege.

+1, Nueva actualización = Nuevo problema

Reinicíe para refrescar el mapa y ver invasores nuevos, jugandonos el CvC y sorpresa!!!

Imposible volver a entrar en la cuenta, desistale Plarium Play e imposible reinstalarlo.

Intente jugar desde Chrome, imposible acceder. Lo mismo con Facebook.

Mensajes como "No se ha encontrado ninguna cuenta con esta dirección de email" "Algo ha salido mal" "Oops! Something went wrong..."

Escribí a Soporte y no he recibido ni una explicación, ni un dispulpa ni nada de nada.

Sigo preguntandome ¿Porqué narices sigo aquí?

I ended up uninstalling Vikings on my Plarium app, with the 3 dots at the side of playm and reinstalling it, and found it worked afterward.

hey all! you (we) can`t connect plarium or support. i think, they have generatet enough money by us, sitting somewhere in the sun and laughing about us. or they sitting in jail now- also ok!

i was playing here for many years and spend some dollars. but now i think its better, to buy a good book to read.

to all players here: look for another game and forget plarium!
