If they arrived,unless you used them without realising, you should have upward pointing arrows on the hall of mysteries and individual arrows for the shamans that you bought charms for.

As I am confused myself by this issue ,I believe it is true that things regarding shaman, are not depicted clearly here,as It seems to list charms already used, rather than not used, (but could be  also running total, total last used,unused,spare?)

For instance, if you buy Baggi charms from the store they seem to automatically be added to stock here, and current level running total,whereas if there are no shaman to use the charms they are still shown here.

 Maybe someone else can explain .

In any event, before you buy anything from the bank you can check all your stock in the chest,make a record, and see if the numbers change after the purchase is confirmed.
