The reason you lost troops and rss was because your shield failed, the good news is you should be able to heal them, when you get more rss

I don't know the reason you lost your shield, when you think you shouldn't have.Only the operators will know this, and If its the games fault,they may restore your losses.

I think you will find that the reason you were randomly transported was because you lost a town battle you while you were in the forest in the middle of the map.
