Daily Quests, Speed up processes for a certain time.

Time required    1 week 3 days

Time completed 1 week 3 days

Reward none.

So how much over do you have to be?

I have  already tried an additional 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 minutes,1, 3, 8 hour boosts, if I try a 15 hour boost it will complete the process,and be a waste.

Is this problem affecting any other tasks ? Any other players ?

I cant presently post screen shots.

Other people can share their experience, but only the technicians can investigate the problem and fix it.  Please do this.

In  picture 1 you can see that the speed up time has apparantly been completed, but there is no acknowledgement of this.

No reward given.

Subsequently,in picture 2, you can see the resource yield has now also been completed with the reward showing.

It was relevant on the day it happened, the day I first posted the problem, and relevant if it happens again, because its still bugged, and I will only know if I see it again,or others do as well.

No, I didnt use a 15 HOUR boost ,I thought it was a waste to use any more time boosts.

It needed much less than time than 15 hours to finish the process, especially as it was 10% extra day.

I had already used more boosts than I wanted because the process finished at an inconvenient time as I tried to collect the daily reward, and missed the benefit of finishing at the time I wanted.

1 week 3 days could be 1 week 3 days 23 hours 59 minutes ...

And I have not had any problems with this ...

But this is an example of complete information being helpful ... instead of round down information ...

You are right, its connected to that other thread, and I might of thought about that sub conciously when I asked the question, How much over does it have to be?

Except I assumed  it  was exactly the time specified, in this particular case it seems more stupid for it to be nearer 4 days than 3 days.

I might not have noticed exceeding the target by many hours on previous occasions, but its not something I have done that often.

I can see now why Ivar asked me if I used a 15 hour boost, it would have definately put me over an extra 24 hours.

Either way it needs attention, but in other areas I have seen, or believed I have seen, where equalling the target set is not enough, you have to exceed it.

I wonder if the new format has had a effect on this, and if it is as you suggested

3 days 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds, I would have thought they could have definitively given this explanation.

Ivar I will definitely let you know if I see it happen again, and thanks for taking the trouble to try to get to the bottom of it, it was only 15 pts and 1 reward I missed, so not a big deal,in the scheme of things, but I was annoyed at the time, and wanted to know why it appeared to be faulty.

We just did a test with an account that has the daily time boost bonus of  1 week 3 days ... after 10 days of boosts we used 1 hour boosts and it took 15 of them ... so seems 1 week 3 days is actually 1 week 3 days 15 hours ... hope that helps you in the future ...

Thanks for making the investigation.

The extra 15 unmentioned hours  would seem to be a trap.

The hidden time is going to affect everyone of these events.

Forewarned is forearmed.

I noticed that you have now clarified the situation thanks for that .

However I would ask , why the secrecy in the first place?

Secondly, why there is need for such convoluted times, why not simple whole numbers ?

I just noticed that also and came here to make note of it ... I don't think there was any secrecy, I just think they didn't at first think about doing it to such detail ...
