I seem to be having resources falling off instead of combining in the forge. Rope to be specific. Can this be looked into ? Not sure if I am in the right area to be bringing this up. Please help .

Yes you are in the right place, hopefully they will attend to you quickly
Meanwhile,though it does occur,its unusual for only one thing to be afffected.is it definately only happening with rope?
Are you sure you have enough to combine,you need at least four of the same level. (Color).
A screen shot ( a picture of the situation) may help with assisting you.
