Global map issues
The game freezes when ever I click on the global map

i have the same problem, I can play the game using the watch tower navigator which is very limiting but soon as I open the map it freezes up

Having the very same issue. Cleared browser cache, restarted laptop..nothings worked...did this 6 times now..mAKES THIS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITH DESTROY ENEMIES CHALLENGE STILL GOING ON.!

yep same here on chrome and firefox cant get any of my 3 accounts to work on world view they all lock up and plarium play app now doesnt work at all after update i ended up with fatal error wont load and cant uninstall what a shambles but phone accounts work fine so im guessing they will still score points and spend money lol

Yup - same on 817 Soljotsein. Missing out on the clan event and a couple personal events. Did all the reset things possible. Mobile players seem to be cruising along just fine, so they are getting an edge.

I'm having the same problem on PC restarted the computer and still freezes when on the global map. What happened to there proformance update.

This is a huge lose of res and boost that I would be winning if was able to play the game.. This has been going on for hr's now? WHAT KIND OF REWARDS WILL WE WHO CAN'T PLAY IN THE KvK EVENT GET IF WE LOSE ALL THIS TIME AND ALSO THE EVENT! SHAME ON YOU PLARIUM!

Why isn't there a real support page? Support with live people who will look into the problem and RESPOND.
Not that stupid ask a question form. Here's my question. Why can't you beta test these updates to make sure they work right FOR EVERYONE
I wonder if any of their programmers actually play the game.

Same issue. Cannot do the daily/weekly/monthly quest which I payed for because the game keeps freezing upon entering the global map.

I got an email from support that it had been fixed. If you refresh it seems to be working now.
