Me to, thats why I logged on to the forum, it was working and now it freezes up on the global map so cannot do anything.
Prior to that I believe since the last update, I was getting random things happening on the map when you used the mouse.Aug 8, 2019, 23:1508/08/19

2019-08-08 19:14 ET. I am having the same problem where my game freezes whenever I go into the Global Map. All functions in the town work. I am running with Win10 v1803 and 8 GB RAM and Chrome on a desktop. It was working for me up until this afternoon about 16:00 ET. Tried clearing cache and cookies and rebooting.

Me too. All accounts. Both firefox and chrome. They were working earlier today. Tried rebooting, as well. If I use the Plarium app, it works, but not in the browsers

Same issues for me. Facebook gameroom and all browser have same problem (firefox-chrome-edge-vivaldi-opera)
in town no problem but when i switched global map game is instanly freeze. Android phone its ok.Aug 8, 2019, 23:4108/08/19

I thought they fixed it because I managed to move the cursor on the global map just now, but then it froze after very little distance.

How you get the game to work on edge anyway?
The game will not work there at all for me, hasnt in ages.

Anyone contacted support directly? It may still take time to fix, but the sooner they know the sooner they can start.

total crap yet again why do we waste money when this happens? time plarium gave a better sorry pack to players as this is totally wrong yet again

It just started doing that for me tonight...Chrome...Plarium.com...locks up and freezes as soon as I go into the Global Map...usually before it even fully draws the screen..

Freezes when i try to go to global map as well, happening to lots of others in the clan right now too
