The bug is a 3 building Loop. In order to raise the palace from level 22 to level 23:
1. The palace needs the oracle to be level 22.
2. The oracle needs the workshop to be level 22.
3. The workshop needs the palace to be level 23.
Very strange,it cant have been there previously, or no one would be palace 23 or higher.
Are you the first to notice this ,are you the only one its effecting?
Please fix the workshop.
The level 17 workshop incorrectly asks that the palace be level 23 to level it to 18. Because other buildings require the workshop to level, it breaks building progression at level 22 by locking progression of the palace at 22.
The level 17 workshop should ask that the palace be 18 and the forge be 18 in order to level the workshop to 18. Please fix it.
This may be a problem that affects only you. Have you taken screenshots and sent them to Plarium through the Help section in the Menu?
Let me rephrase that - all of my buildings are 22 except shaman, rune, valkyrie and aesir buildings.
I know it is just affecting me, I know people have progressed past 22. Yet the bug remains and is completely out of my control. I tried all the usual user basic remedies: logged out of game and back in, logged out of game and rebooted PC and logged back in and none worked. Given tech support's less than stellar reputation, I am hoping other players have repair suggestions.
The usual suggestion from Plarium is that you check that you have the latest version of your browser and make sure that you have cleared your cache. You could try that if you haven't already. Otherwise I have no suggestions.
Not just cookies. I use Firefox and there is an option under Tools - Privacy & Security - Cookies and Site Data to Clear Data under that I have 2 tick boxes - 1 to clear Cookies and Site Data and 1 to clear Cached Web Content. If the game is acting strangely (usually after an update) I tick both boxes and clear everything.
